Slide Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Arwa, and I would love to walk alongside you as you rebuild your relationship with food and body — step by step.
I offer 1:1 coaching for people who feel stuck in the binge–restrict cycle, want to stop emotional eating, or suspect they may be struggling with disordered eating but aren’t sure where to start.

My approach is weight-neutral and non-diet, grounded in deep compassion and respect for each person’s story. Whether you’re in recovery from an eating disorder or simply burned out from years of dieting, you are welcome here.
I’m certified in Intuitive Eating, trained in Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching, a Culinary Nutrition Expert, and a certified Meditation Instructor — all of which I integrate gently into a coaching experience that is personalized, mindful, and emotionally supportive.

A three-month coaching journey to restore trust with food and your body

My coaching is highly individualized — no one-size-fits-all advice here.

I work with people across the spectrum:

  • From chronic dieters who want peace with food
  • To those dealing with emotional eating and bingeing
  • To individuals with active eating disorders (including teens, with family support)

What the program includes:

  • 8–10 private online sessions via Zoom over 3 months
  • Ongoing WhatsApp/text support between sessions for questions, encouragement, and tough moments

How we begin:

  • Our first 60-minute session is a safe space to explore your food history, current challenges, and hopes for the future.
  • From there, we create a plan that’s tailored to you — your pace, your needs, your life.

What we work on together:

  • Breaking the binge–restrict cycle
  • Coping with emotions without turning to food
  • Reconnecting with hunger and fullness cues
  • Building habits that feel supportive — not punishing
  • Healing your relationship with movement
  • Letting go of guilt and all-or-nothing thinking

  • Simplifying food, cooking, and daily choices
