My approach is weight-neutral and non-diet, grounded in deep compassion and respect for each person’s story. Whether you’re in recovery from an eating disorder or simply burned out from years of dieting, you are welcome here.
I’m certified in Intuitive Eating, trained in Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching, a Culinary Nutrition Expert, and a certified Meditation Instructor — all of which I integrate gently into a coaching experience that is personalized, mindful, and emotionally supportive.

A three-month coaching journey to restore trust with food and your body
My coaching is highly individualized — no one-size-fits-all advice here.
I work with people across the spectrum:

What the program includes:
- 8–10 private online sessions via Zoom over 3 months
- Ongoing WhatsApp/text support between sessions for questions, encouragement, and tough moments
How we begin:
- Our first 60-minute session is a safe space to explore your food history, current challenges, and hopes for the future.
- From there, we create a plan that’s tailored to you — your pace, your needs, your life.
