Whoever decided to call blended dried fruit “bliss balls” knew what they were talking about. Here’s why I think they are total bliss:
They are easy to make
They are healthy and easily adaptable to ingredients you have an hand
So healthy
The perfect grab and go snack
They are so delicious!
I love packing a couple of these in my bag just in case hunger strikes or when I’m craving dessert but want something sweet and nutritious. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or even better some Earl Grey tea to bring out the orange flavor even more.

Roll about a tablespoon portion of dough to make a ball. Roll in hemp seeds for an extra protein boost, or cocoa powder for a truffle effect.
